Kokage is a large open plan concrete house located in lower Hirafu. Kokage features a large kitchen with a sunken floor seating dining area and a spacious living area. The second floor features three full size bedrooms and a fourth smaller bunk-room.

Nestled in Hirafu's lower village Kokage is 130 meters from the free resort shuttle bus stop and just a thirteen minute walk to the lifts, however it is easier to hop on the shuttle which runs every 5-10 to take you anywhere around the resort you wish to go. Rin Izakaya, Baddies Bar & Ebisutei Izakaya are all less than a 5 minute walk from the front door. Gyu+ aka The Fridge Door Bar is also a short walk away.
